OOC: umm, i stuck this here because there really are not that many boards in the La Push section and just threw it here haha
Apparently, what Jess is was, well, rare, not that werewolves were a rare thing around here in La Push, but the fact that female werewolves were the rare ones, actually, she couldn't remember any of the 'legends' mentioning anything about there being any female werewolves, but apparently, she was one. At first, Jessica had been scared of it, it worried her and made her try to be less angry or let her emotions get the best of her. The memory of the day she finally exploded was still very vivid within her mind and at times, it appeared when she never meant it to and when she would be in wolf form and the memory appeared, the others would see it and she hated it, thus why the look on her face that she seemed to be far away took over her features, the vivid memory was there in her mind and she was reliving it as if it happened yesterday or even only moments ago.
Jess knew exactly what happened; she'd gotten into a fight with one of her best friends, over something so simple and stupid: boys. Apparently the boy that he best friend was madly in love with, to no knowledge at all of Jess, had ended up asking Jess to the junior prom instead of her best friend. Of course, she saw it was nothing but mere friends going to a dance and Jess said yes to him. Her friend found out and they got into a fight the night of prom. Jessica had gone home furious and ended up arguing with her parents some and something inside of her just had to be released and Jess let it go, really not knowing what it was until after it happened. Not knowing what happened, Jess freaked out and ran as far and as fast as she could until she felt she was near exhaustion and collapsed onto the grounds of the forest and woke up hours later in her own bed, distraught and confused as hell.
From then on, Jess was scared to ever let her emotions take over her. But, she'd come to realize that she was able to control when she wanted to transform from human to werewolf and learned to control it well. Today proved it; the girl was able to contain herself from transforming when the urge came to her when she got upset, but would let it go and explode as soon as she knew she couldn't handle it anymore, but was becoming better at it.
As Jess jogged down along the dirt roads for La Push, even though the weather told her that she ought to be inside or at least with warmer clothes on, Jess had on her running shoes, jersey shorts, and a hoodie with her hair threw up into a pony tail with a headband on her head as well. The girl didn't need any music to help her to concentrate on her jogging, she just used the sound of the nature around her to let herself be in complete essence with the world that she belonged to and was starting to long for the feel of the dirt and forest floor under her paws.
